We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Education & Behavioural Change Manager to lead the Recycle for Greater Manchester education team and help residents understand how to reduce waste, reuse more and recycle correctly.
You will lead the development and delivery of an engaging education programme for schools, community groups, students and professional audiences. This includes tours of operational facilities such as the Materials Recovery Facility, Renew Hub and solar farm, alongside outreach sessions across Greater Manchester.
As the team’s manager, you will lead, manage and support colleagues, set clear expectations and ensure work is delivered consistently to a high standard. You will also oversee the development of learning resources and session plans that are inclusive and relevant to different audiences. Alongside your management responsibilities, you will take a hands-on role in delivering facility tours and education sessions for a range of audiences.
