Plastic plant pots

Choose to reuse: before binning them, check to see if your local garden centre could use them.

Plant pots can be recycled at home in your mixed recycling bin if they are:

· bigger than 40mm x 40mm

• made from the following plastic types: PE, PET or PP
• clean and aren’t covered in soil

Please note, you can’t recycle black plant pots at home.

There are lots of other places you can recycle plant pots, including your local B&Q store.
